RALEIGH, N.C. – Three members of the Raleigh Public Relations Society (RPRS) board of directors participated in a panel discussion at “PR Day,” an annual event sponsored by the N.C. State University chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). The event was held Monday, April 7 at the McKimmon Center in Raleigh.

RPRS president Frank Williams of Pioneer Strategies, past president Chuck Norman of S&A Cherokee and membership chair Tracy Phelan of the Catevo Group discussed how students can prepare themselves for life after graduation. All three panelists are graduates of the NCSU Department of Communication.
“The transition from college life to the professional world can be intimidating,” says Williams. “The Raleigh Public Relations Society is pleased to support PRSSA's efforts to prepare its members for life after graduation. We were glad to have the opportunity to share our experiences and insights with the future public relations professionals who attended this event.”
